Online Notary
The total cost for our Online Notary services is based on the standard fee schedule for the state of Texas, which includes:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of $15 will be charged.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
We will accommodate one rescheduling request free of charge.
Any subsequent rescheduling requests will incur a fee of $10 per request.
Loan Signing
Our Loan Signing services ensure that all your loan documents are accurately signed and notarized, adhering to Texas state laws and lender requirements.
